How do I place an order?
It is necessary to fill out the order form with links to suppliers from any Chinese trading platform. It is also necessary to specify the quantity (dimensions, color – you need to specify what quantity of what color and size you need) and the cost per unit of goods. If you don't quite understand how to fill out the form, ask to send you a sample of the filling.
How long is the cargo going to take?
It all depends on the location of the supplier in China. The cargo can be delivered from the southern regions in two or less days. In general, delivery to our warehouse in China takes up to 5 days. If the supplier has the goods in stock, the supplier will send them within 24-48 hours. Often there is a situation that the product is missing, so you have to make a replacement (another supplier, another product of your choice). This manipulation increases the collection time of the entire order in our warehouse in Guangzhou.
How to pay for the order?
After agreeing on the order, our manager will announce to you the cost of the purchase, taking into account our intermediary services. After you have agreed with the amount announced, the manager provides you with the details of the bank card to which you transfer the specified amount. After the goods arrive at the warehouse in Moscow, the manager fixes the dollar exchange rate on the day of customs clearance and tells you the final cost of delivery. Payment is made in the same way according to the details given to you. We allocate 3 stages of payment: -the cost of the goods + our services %+ delivery in China. Will the delivery be immediately to my city?
Delivery is made from our warehouse in Guangzhou to our warehouse in Moscow. After receiving payment for the delivery of the goods, an order is made to pick up the cargo at the warehouse (at this stage you receive a bill of lading) in Moscow and further delivery to the terminal of the selected shopping center in your city or to the address (optional) with subsequent payment upon receipt.
